- Successes:
- Successfully overturned two cases before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, both cases were appealed from the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB)
- Prevailed in a Medicaid Appeal from the Department of Medical Assistance Services to the Circuit Court of Alexandria
- Sucessfully appealed Smith v. Riderwood Village, an incorrectly decided employment discrimination case before, what is now called the Appellate Court of Maryland
- Drafted the Briefs for Crawford v. Duke before the D.C. Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, sucessfully argued and overturned
Mr. Webb has also sucessfully argued and won appeals before a variety of tribunals including an administrative appeal from a Virginia state agency to the Circuit Court of Alexandria, what is now the Appellate Court of Maryland, the Virginia Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and most recently two cases before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
